Order Processing Time: Products in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Production time for special orders varies depending on product type and design details. Delivery times for personalized orders are specified in the order confirmation.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fee depends on the order amount. You can benefit from free shipping opportunities during certain campaign periods.
Cargo Tracking: When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number. You can track the status of your cargo with this number.
Return and Exchange Policy
We care about customer satisfaction and are confident in the quality of our products. However, in some cases, returns or exchanges are possible.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
If the products have a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, they can be returned or exchanged.
Personalized ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
For a return, the product must be unused and in its original box.
Return Application Period: You must submit your return and exchange requests within 14 days after receiving the order.
Return Fees: For returns due to manufacturing defects or damage, the shipping costs are covered by us. In other cases, the return shipping costs belong to the buyer.
